Ingredients:
- Ghee for greasing cooking sheet
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa nibs
- 2 ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparations:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet well. Mix the flour, coconut, and salt together in a bowl. Pour in the condensed milk, vanilla, Cacao nibs and stir well to make a thick batter.
Drop the batter by large spoonfuls onto the well-greased cookie sheet; allow an inch of space between the cookies. Bake until golden brown, 15 minutes. Remove the pan and cool on racks.
