Ingredients: Serves 2-4
- 2.5 split turkey breast with bone and skin
- Thyme (sprinkle)
- Sage (sprinkle)
- Rosemary (sprinkle)
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Pepper (sprinkle)
- Paprika (sprinkle)
- Coconut oil spray
Preparation:
Place turkey breast side up in a baking pan. Generously spay coconut oil over turkey breast, sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper over turkey breast. Spray coconut oil again to coat chicken with herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and meat thermometer reads at 165. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes then carve and serve.
