Raw Low Carb Chocolate Squares
Ingredients:
¾ cup of coconut oil
1 cup of almond meal
2 large scoops of NuMedica Chocolate protein powder (or other low carb. Plant base protein)
2 tablespoons of raw cacao chocolate
½ cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
Cinnamon to taste
Dash of Celtic salt
3 drops of Stevia to taste
Directions: Heat oil and remove from heat. Add almond meal, protein powder and each
ingredient one at a time stirring to a desired consistency, will resemble thick brownie mix. Line a small 6 inch pan with wax paper. Pour mixture into pan spread evenly about ¼ inch thick put in freezer for 10 minutes. Score chocolate bars about in one inch squares. Put back in freezer for 20 more minutes and enjoy one piece with love. Store in glass container in freezer and enjoy! Be careful not to over indulge!
